Why is bacteria in two different kingdoms?

i'm talking scientificly so don't get confused.

Why is bacteria in two different kingdoms?
u must be knowing that all organisms are classified into five kingdoms-monera,protista,anemalia,fungi and alge.

the MONERA phlum[group] consists of bacteria which are prokaryotic in nature -i.e, the cell doesnot have membrane bound organneles or nucleus.

the Protista group consists of organisms that are eukaryotic in nature-that is they have well defined organneles.

this is one reason that bacteria is kept in two separate groups.
Reply:If you mean archebacteria and eubactria, it's because we got tired of this giant kingdom with bijillions of organisms, so we split it up. simple
