How much bacteria growth occurs in reused water bottles?

for a friend do science fair project please help

How much bacteria growth occurs in reused water bottles?
It depends on how well you clean them! If you clean them with a little bleach and use distilled, chlorinated, or ozonated water you won't get any bacteria at all.





If you only rinse it out and fill it with river water you might get a lot.





Try it both ways and use a microscope to look at the water after a week.
